风险计算在某印刷线路板生产企业职业病危害评价与分级中的应用

摘　　要：目的选择某印刷线路板生产企业进行职业病危害因素的识别与分析,探讨风险计算方法在职业病危害因素评价与分级中的应用。方法根据《建设项目职业病危害评价规范》,运用职业病危害因素现场检测法和职业危害风险公式计算法,选择典型印刷线路板企业进行职业病危害因素分析和评价。结果根据职业病危害因素的现场检测结果和整改后复测结果,该类企业的职业病危害因素浓度或强度基本符合国家卫生标准的要求;根据职业危害风险计算结果,该类企业属于职业病危害轻微的企业。结论现场检测法和职业危害风险计算法相结合,能够更科学地对企业的职业危害状况做出评价。[Objective]To select a printed circuit board manufacturer for identification and analysis of occupational hazards,and explore the application of risk calculation in evaluation and classification of occupational hazards.[Methods]The occupational hazards existing in typical printed circuit board manufacturers were analyzed and evaluated by scene detection and risk calculation formula according to the ＂Specification on Assessment of Occupational Hazard in Construction Project＂.[Results]According to the scene detection and rectification detection results,the concentration and intensity of occupational hazards in such enterprises were in line with national health standards.And according to the calculations of the occupational hazards,the occupational hazard risk in such enterprises was minor.[Conclusion]It is more scientific to evaluate the occupational hazard conditions by the combination of scene detection and risk calculation of occupational hazards.
