摘　　要：目的通过对某企业发生急性一氧化碳中毒事故的调查,寻找事故的原因,总结教训,防止类似事故的发生。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查的方法。结果作业工人无安全意识,导致死亡。结论预防急性一氧化碳中毒,需从加强安全教育培训,对职工进行防范中毒窒息事故的教育,提高职工安全意识和自我保护能力;制定应急救援预案,配备应急救援设施,加强应急救援知识培训、演练;进一步提高对安全生产工作的认识,强化安全生产领导责任的落实,明确职责并落实到位;强化安全现场监管。企业安全管理人员应对作业现场进行经常性的安全检查,及时排查整改安全隐患;在房内生木炭取暖时应有效通风等方面开展工作。[Objective]Through investigation of an acute carbon monoxide poisoning incident in a enterprise,to find out the causes of the incident,to summarize the experience,and prevent the occurrence of similar accidents.[Methods] Field occupational health survey method was adopted.[Results]The Fatal accident was due to no safety awareness of workers.[Conclusion]To prevent acute carbon monoxide poisoning,it＇s necessary to improve the workers＇ safety awareness and self-protection ability by strengthening the security education and training of preventing poisoning and suffocation incidents;and it＇s necessary to develop emergency rescue plans,equip with emergency rescue facilities and strengthen emergency rescue knowledge training and exercises;further enhancing awareness of the safety in production,strengthening the implementation of safety leadership responsibilities and clarifying responsibilities and putting in place should be performed;the security of on-site supervision should be strengthened.Enterprise security managers should conduct regular safety inspections on workplace and rectify security risks immediately.When using charcoal for warmth in the room,there must be effective ventilation.
