汞中毒与疼痛的关系

摘　　要：目的报告以剧烈疼痛为突出表现的亚急性汞中毒病例,并分析其发病机制。方法分析11例亚急性汞中毒患者的中毒原因、发病过程、临床表现、实验室及器械检查结果。结果11例患者均出现典型的中毒性周围神经损害临床表现,神经—肌电图显示神经源性损害。经驱汞治疗2～9疗程后,尿汞均正常,全身疼痛感消失或减轻。结论汞中毒可导致周围神经损害,可表现为剧烈疼痛。[Objective]To report the sub-acute mercury poisoning cases with severe pain as profound manifestation,and analyze its pathogenesis.[Methods]Causes of poisoning,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,laboratory and equipment inspection results of 11 cases with sub-acute mercury poisoning were analyzed.[Results] All 11 cases showed typical clinical manifestation of peripheral nerve damage,and their nerve EMG showed neurogenic damage.Urine mercury was normal and body pain disappeared or reduced after 2 to 9 course of flooding mercury treatment.[Conclusion]Mercury poisoning can cause peripheral nerve damage,with manifestation of severe pain.
