摘　　要：目的了解龙岩市肺结核病治疗与管理情况。方法分析2008年龙岩市结核病控制项目季报表及年报表资料。结果初诊率、查痰率分别为2.72%、99.05%,涂阳及涂阴病人进度分别为102.95%、40.02%,平均治愈率为89.49%,全市平均丢失率为1.70%(17/999)。结论龙岩市结核病控制工作取得一定成绩,治愈率较高,但仍存在一些问题,还要继续认真实施全程督导短程化疗策略。[Objective]To understand the tuberculosis （TB） treatment and management in Longyan City.[Methods] The quarterly report and annual report of TB control of Longyan City in 2008 was analyzed.[Results]The rate of newly diagnosed TB and sputum examination rate was 2.72% and 99.05%,respectively.The progress rate of smear-positive and smear-negative patients was 102.95% and 40.02%,respectively;the average cure rate was 89.49%,the average loss rate was 1.70%（17/999） of the whole city.[Conclusion]TB control has already made certain achievements,the cure rate is high,but some problem still exists.It is necessary to continue to carefully implement DOTS.
