摘 要:目的了解北京市公共汽车司售人员对甲型H1N1流感知识的认知情况、行为现状,为政府制定防控甲型H1N1流感科学策略提供参考。方法选择北京7个大型公交枢纽站,枢纽站中的所有公交线路随机调查3~5名司售人员,采用统一的调查问卷,应用面访形式进行调查,共调查373人。结果373名应答者,对甲型HlNl相关知识问题全部回答正确占20%,文化程度、年龄、性别和职业分工对甲型HlNl认知差异无统计学意义,甲型H1N1防控相关信息途径主要为电视广播、报刊和单位培训。结论对公共汽车司售人员甲型H1N1流感的防控工作不容忽视,应作为甲型HlNl防控工作的重点人群。[Objective]To understand the cognitive and behavioral status of Influenza A (H1N1) knowledge among bus crews in Beijing City,and provide reference for government to develop scientific countermeasures.[Methods]Totally 373 people from 7 major transit hub stations were selected,with 3~5 people of each line.Unified questionnaire was adopted for face-to-face interview.[Results]Of 373 respondents,only 20% could answer the questions about Influenza A(H1N1) perfectly.The differences of the knowledge about Influenza A(H1N1) among people with different culture,age,gender and occupation were not significant.Their main channels to access to knowledge of Influenza A(H 1N1) were television and radio,newspapers and unit training.[Conclusion]The prevention of Influenza A(H1N1) among bus crew can not be ignored.They should be taken as focus group for Influenza A(H1N1) prevention.
