摘　　要：目的总结3例急性磷化氢中毒并中毒性肺水肿的临床护理要点。方法积极纠正缺氧,予面罩吸氧、尽早行高压氧治疗,早期足量给予糖皮质激素等对症支持治疗,加强呼吸道及人工气道的护理,给予有效的心理支持等。结果3例患者全部治愈出院。结论对急性磷化氢中毒并中毒性肺水肿患者积极对症支持治疗和严密细致的护理是治愈的关键。[Objective]To summarize the clinical nursing points of 3 cases of acute phosphine poisoning and toxic pulmonary edema.[Methods]Nursing measures such as immediately anoxia correction,mask oxygen-inspiration,hyperbaric oxygen therapy as soon as possible,adequate glucocorticoid for symptomatic supportive treatment at early stage,strengthening nursing of respiratory tract and artificial airway,effective psychological support were performed.[Results]All 3 cases were cured and discharged.[Conclusion]The key to cure patients with acute phosphine poisoning and toxic pulmonary edema are actively symptomatic treatment,and strict and meticulous nursing.
