摘　　要：目的分析通辽市羁押和收教人员艾滋病筛查结果,旨在控制艾滋病的进一步蔓延。方法对通辽市监狱、劳教所及看守所羁押、收教人员艾滋病筛查资料进行统计分析。结果2005—2008年共检测羁押、收教人员5680人,其中男性5562人,占97.92%;女性118人,占2.08%。检出2例HIV感染者,均为男性,有静脉吸毒史。结论对羁押、收教人员进行艾滋病筛查是十分必要的,今后应加大管理力度,公安部门与卫生部门应进一步加强合作,从不同源头及早发现或阻断艾滋病的传播与蔓延。[Objective]To analyze the screening result of AIDS among criminals in custody in Tongliao city,prevent further spread of AIDS.[Methods]The data of AIDS screening among criminal prisoners in prison and reformatory in Tongliao city were analyzed statistically.[Results]5680 prisoners were tested during 2005—2008,5562 were male （97.92%） and 118 were female （2.08%）.2 cases of HIV infection were detected,which were both male and intravenous drug users.[Conclusion]It is very necessary to carry out AIDS screening among criminals in custody.From now on,the management should be strengthened,public security departments and health department should cooperate further to find and block the AIDS spread from different sources early.
