表阿霉素致外周静脉反应的综合防治

摘　　要：目的探讨表阿霉素致外周静脉反应的防治方法,以减轻病人痛苦,使整个化疗周期顺利完成。方法将接受表阿霉素化疗的98例病人随机分为对照组与观察组,各49例。对照组实施常规化疗护理,观察组在此基础上改用避光输液器与深色布套遮盖药液,采用静脉留置针(16号)穿刺置管,穿刺处湿敷25%硫酸镁与2%利多卡因混合液纱布,并建立一套静脉使用计划的综合护理。比较2组静脉反应发生率及药液渗漏情况。结果观察组静脉反应发生率显著低于对照组(χ2=11.14,P<0.05),整个化疗周期结束,观察组血管评估显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论综合护理可有效预防静脉反应的发生,并减轻表阿霉素对血管的损伤。[Objective]To study the control method of peripheral venous response induced by pharmorubicin,so as to alleviate the suffering of patients and to successfully complete the entire cycle of chemotherapy.[Methods]A total of 98 patients who received pharmorubicin chemotherapy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,49 cases in each group.Routine chemotherapy nursing was performed on control group,while patients in observation group received external application of lucifugal infusion apparatus and drug,venous retention needles,hydropathic compress with the miscible liquids of 25% magnesium sulfate and 2% lidocaine,and systematic transfusion on the basis of the conventional nursing care.The incidence of venous response was compared.[Results]The incidence of venous response in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group （χ2=11.14,P0.05）.The status of vein in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group（P0.01） after the entire chemotherapy cycle.[Conclusion]Integrated control can effectively prevent the occurrence of venous response,and relieve the pharmorubicin-induced trauma of vein.
