摘  要:采用合成单宁为锦纶组分的防沾剂,针对竹浆/锦纶交织物活性染料深浓色染色时锦纶的沾色问题,探讨了不同防沾染处理染色工艺、不同洗涤方式对锦纶组分防沾染效果的影响。结果表明,合成单宁在酸性条件下预处理竹浆/锦纶交织物,可以有效阻止活性染料对锦纶的沾色;皂洗前加强水洗,以及在皂洗液中加入合成单宁,可减少活性染料对锦纶的再沾色;Evercion H-E活性染料对单宁预处理的锦纶沾色最少,可用于竹浆/锦纶交织物的染色。Syntannin was used as anti-staining agent in order to solve staining problem of polyamide in deep dyeing of bamboo viscose/polyamide mixture. Influences of anti-staining treatments and rinsing processes on anti-staining effect were studied. Results showed that staining on polyamide could be avoided obviously when bamboo viscose/polyamide mixture was pretrea- ted with syntannin in acid condition, and back staining could be reduced with intensive washing before soaping and adding syn- tannin into soaping bath. Bamboo viscose/polyamide mixture pretreated with syntannin had the least staining when it was dyed with Evercion H-E reactive dye.
