摘  要:研究了利用黏土-盐卤法生产冰晶石副产的母液生产无机高分子絮凝剂聚合氯化铝铁的新工艺。以冰晶石母液以及黏土、铝酸钙粉和氧化铁粉为原料,用冰晶石母液与黏土和氧化铁粉在一定条件下反应,制得氯化铝铁溶液;用澄清的氯化铝铁溶液、铝酸钙粉、氧化铁粉在一定条件下反应,制得液体聚合氯化铝铁;澄清的聚合氯化铝铁溶液经干燥、包装即得聚合氯化铝铁成品。所生产的聚合氯化铝铁具有成本低、产品质量好的特点。工艺合理,具有良好的经济效益和环境效益。New technology for producing high molecular inorganic flocculation agent polyaluminium ferrous chloride ( PAFC ) by using mother liquor by produced from cryolite production with clay-bittern process was introduced, cryolite mother fiquor,elay,caleium aluminate powder,and ferric oxide powder were taken as the raw materials. At first, aluminium frous chloride solution was prepared by reacting cryolite mother liquor with clay and ferric oxide powder at a certain condition. Then the liquid PAFC was prepared by reacting clear aluminium ferrous chloride solution with calcium aluminate pow- der and ferric oxide powder at a certain condition. Final product will be achieved after drying and packing. This technology has the advantages of lower cost, better product quality,and more reasonable process etc. and therefore it has good both economic and environmental benefits.
