摘 要:制备了自熔合金粉末激光熔覆涂层试件,在多次撞击疲劳试验机上进行了可靠性试验。借助MATLAB对样本数据进行分析,建立了激光涂层零件的多冲可靠性模型。分析得出激光涂层零件在多冲载荷下疲劳寿命服从对数正态分布,并拟合P-S-N曲线,建立了多冲应力与疲劳寿命以及可靠度之间的关系。在理论分析的基础上设计了可靠性建模界面,为进一步的可靠性分析提供基础。The coating work-pieces were made by laser cladding with the autolytic alloy powder and it's reliability was tested by repeated impact on the fatigue test machine. The sample data was analyzed by MATLAB. The reliability model of laser cladding part under repeated impact load was made. The results show that the fatigue life of laser cladding submits the logarithmic normal distribution. The P-S-N curve is fitted to analyze the relation between the stress of the repeated impact and fatigue life. To provide the foundation of the further reliability analysis, the interface of modeling was designed on the basis of the theory.
