摘 要:目的:探讨医科大学生优秀学业表现的特征人格以及学业成绩性别差异的人格心理学原因。方法:以卡特尔16PF个性测验为测试工具,应用Spearman相关系数对医科大学生人格特质与学业成绩综合得分进行相关分析。结果:医科大学男女生的开放性分别为5.80±0.89和4.47±1.41,差别有统计学显著性(p<0.001)。大学生学业成绩的高低和大学生的自律性和稳定性的相关系数分别为0.271和0.263。结论:医科男女大学生学业成绩差异主要与其开放性大小有关,大学生在校期间学业成绩分值的高低与人格特质中的自律性和稳定性大小成正比,提示加强大学生自律性和稳定性的训练有助于塑造大学生良好的人格特质。Objective To explore the characteristic personality characteristics related to the excellent comprehensive evaluation of academic performance and gender differences, we do a research among medical students and then detect the correlation between the personality traits and comprehensive evaluation of academic performance. Methods This investigation is conducted through 16 Personality Factor Questionnaire (16PF), and then apply Spearman correlation coefficient to the personality traits of medical students with the academic scores to carry out a correlation analysis. Results The openness of the male and female medical college students is respectively 5.80 ± 0.89 and 4.47 ± 1.41, which exists significant difference (p 〈0.001). The correlation coefficient between the level of academic performance and self-discipline or stability of medical university students are 0.271 and 0.263.Conclusions The results show that the main difference in academic performance between male and female college students is related to the size of openness. More specifically, the scores in comprehensive evaluation of academic performance are in direct proportion to the degree of self-discipline and stability in their personality traits. Therefore, it is suggested that strengthen- ing the stability and self-discipline training greatly help students to develop good character qualities.
