摘　　要：为实现交通信息增值服务,提出了基于服务提供商(SP)的交通信息SMS发布系统。叙述了交通信息服务背景和交通信息发布的几种主要方式,并通过分析系统的总体框架,设计了交通信息服务的数据流程和系统的4个基本功能模块,分析了系统开发过程中的关键技术,并给出了1个系统应用实例。For realizing value-added services of traffic information, a traffic information SMS dissemination system based on service provider （SP） is developed. Firstly, the background of traffic information service and several mainly used dissemination styles of traffic information are introduced. Then, data flow and basic function modules of traffic information service are designed through analyzing the system framework. Furthermore, the key Technologies used in the procedure of system development are analyzed. At last, an application example is given.
