摘　　要：UPS电源割接是一项难度很高的工程。在割接过程中,首先要保证对通信设备供电不中断,确保通信安全,其次割接的过程都是在设备带电的情况下操作,必须保证人身和设备安全。所以做好割接前期准备工作、制定割接方案和应急预案至关重要。结合实际割接案例,文章具体分析了割接的各项工作和注意事项。UPS power supply cut-over is a very difficult project. In the cut over process, first, it must ensure uninterrupted power supply for communications equipment to ensure the communication security, second, all the equipments used are charged in the process, it must ensure the safety of persons and equipments. It is very important to do the preparatory work, make a cut-over plan and contingency plan. Based on some cases, the author analyses the work and precautions in power supply cut-over.
