摘　　要：高迁移率族蛋白B1（HMGB1）是一种核内非组蛋白染色质结合蛋白，通过与其受体相互作用产生广泛生物效应，可参与转录调节，诱导炎症反应等，并与风湿免疫性疾病密切相关。近年研究发现，HMGB1在多种恶性肿瘤中呈高表达，其表达水平与肿瘤分化、侵袭、转移呈正相关。HMGB1有望成为一种新的抗肿瘤治疗靶分子。High mobility group box-1 （HMGB1）is a kind of non-histone chromatin-binding protein in nucleus. HMGB1 is intimately associated with the regulation of transcription, inflammation and rheumatic disease through binding the receptor. Recently, HMGB1 is overexpressed in several malignant tumors, and the expression level is positively correlated with the degree of differentiation, tumor invasion and metastasis. HMGB1 may be a new target molecule of antitumor.
