摘　　要：需求分析的核心问题是如何正确地将业务需求转化为系统要求,分析模式是解决该问题的一种非常重要的手段。通过对管理类业务及其支撑系统的特征分析,以及对需求分析过程中涉及的相关实体概念及其关系的抽象,提出了面向管理支撑系统的一种系统需求分析模式PSRAM,为需求分析提供了一个通用的、可扩展的参考结构。最后,以PSRAM在ERP系统规划中的应用实例进行说明。The core issue of requirements analysis is that how to transform business requirements into system requirements correctly,and analysis pattern is an important method to solve this issue.This paper proposes ＂a pattern of system requirements analysis in MSS-oriented field（PSRAM）＂ that is a general-purpose and extensible reference structure by analyzing the features of management business and supporting system,and abstracting the entity concepts and entity-relationship of requirements analysis process.Finally,an application example for ERP system planning was given to illustrate PSRAM.
