摘  要:对C9燃料油溶剂萃取脱硫的萃取剂进行研究,选择①乙腈、②N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)、③环丁砜与二甲基亚砜、④二乙二醇、三乙二醇和甲醇、乙醇、乙二醇⑤糠醛5组萃取剂对C9燃料油进行萃取实验,从中筛选出较佳的萃取剂.分别研究了含水量、油剂质量比对萃取脱硫率和收率的影响,确定适宜的萃取条件,为以后的工业化生产提供基础数据.在此基础上,考察不同萃取剂复配的脱硫效果.实验结果表明,含水10%~14%的乙腈溶液或含水15%~17%的NMP溶液是C9燃料油较为适宜的萃取溶剂,其与二乙二醇复配可以进一步提高脱硫效果.Desulfurization of fuel oil by liquid extraction processing was investigated. Five groups of solvents, (1)acetonitrile, (2)N-methyl pyrrolidone (NMP), (3)sulfolane and DMSO, (4)diethylene glycol, triethylene glycol and methanol, ethanol, ethylene glycol, and (5) furfural, were selected as extraction solvents, among which optimum extraction solvents were determined. The influence of water content in the solvents, oil/solvent mass ratio on the desulfurization efficiency and recovery rate of C9 fuel oil was explored respectively. Furthermore, the desulfurization per- formances of different combined extraction solvents were also examined. Results showed that acetonitrile with 10%-- 14% water content and NMP with 15%--17% water content were suitable extraction solvents for C9 fuel oil. When mixed with diethylene glycol, their desulfurization performances could be further improved.
