摘　　要：普京执政的八年时间里,中俄两国关系进一步发展,彼此不断磨合,不断适应,两国之间的战略协作伙伴关系沿着日臻成熟的轨道不断攀升新的台阶,进入了历史上最好的时期。中俄两国在政治、经济、文化和国际安全领域存在许多共同利益,深化双边关系已成为中俄两国的战略选择。Putin＇s eight years in power, the further development of Sino- Russian bilateral relations with each other constantly running, constantly adapt to the strategic cooperation between the two countries ＇along the partnership track is getting more mature new level rising into the history of the best period. Between the two countries in political, economic, cultural and international security, there are many areas of con^mon interest and deepen bilateral relations between China and Russia has become a strategic choice.
