关于玻化微珠保温砂浆推广应用的探讨与分析

摘　　要：本文对膨胀玻化微珠及其保温砂浆的物理力学性能进行了测试。测试结果表明,玻化微珠原材料性能的优劣,直接影响其保温砂浆性能的优劣。玻化微珠体积吸水率越小,其保温砂浆导热系数越好,保温砂浆干密度越小,其导热系数越好。本文并提出了玻化微珠保温砂浆推广应用存在的障碍。In this paper,the physical and mechanical properties of the vitrified small ball＇s and the thermal insulation mortar＇s has been tested. Results show that the properties of the thermal insulation mortar are affected by the properties of vitrified small ball. The smaller the volume water uptake rate of vitrified smallball is, the better the thermal conductivity of thermal insulation mortar is. So and the The thermal insulation mortar＇s dry density. And some barriers of thermal insulation mortar to the popularization and application are putted forward.
