摘 要:目的观察当归补血汤对高尿酸血症大鼠肾组织中内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)及组织型纤溶酶原激活抑制物(PAI-1)水平的影响。方法将50只大鼠随机分成对照组、模型组及治疗A、B、C组,模型组给予高尿酸饮食,对照组给予普通饮食,治疗组给予高尿酸饮食的同时分别给予低、中、高剂量参芍胶囊治疗,14 d后分别测定各组大鼠肾组织中ET、NO、NOS和PAI-1的含量。结果与对照组比较,模型组肾组织NO和NOS降低,ET及PAI-1升高(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,治疗组血浆NO和NOS升高,ET、PAI-1降低,其中中剂量组与模型组相比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论当归补血汤可以通过升高肾组织中NO、NOS及降低ET及PAI-1水平,从而改善高尿酸血症造成的肾损害。Objective To investigate the effects of Dangguibuxuetang on the level of nitric oxide ( NO), endothelin ( ET), nitric-oxide synthase (NOS) and plasminogen activator inhibitor 1 ( PAI-1 ) in the kidney tissue of rats with hyperuricemic. Methods Fifty rats were divided into control group, model group and treatment A, B, C group. The model group was given hyperurice food. Rats in each treatment group were given hyperurice food and Dangguibuxuetang (low, middle, hige dose). NO, NOS, ET and PAI-1 in kidney tissue were detected 14 days later. Results In the kidney tissue of rats with hyperuricemic, there was a lower NO, NOS level and higher ET, PAI-1 level than those in control group (P 〈 0.05 ). ET and PAI-1 level in both treatment groups were lower than those in model group. NO and NOS level in both treatment groups were higher than those in model group. There was a significant difference between middel dose group and model group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Dangguibuxuetang can decrease the level of ET and PAI-1 and increase the NO and NOS level in the kidney tissue of rats with hyperuricemic.
