用普通磨床进行超精度磨削工艺方案

摘　　要：本文在分析超精磨削原理、工艺特点的基础上,提出了在普通磨床上进行超精度磨削加工的工艺方案。该方案分别从普通磨床为满足超精度磨削加工前的修整,砂轮修整,加工切削参数的选择及加工操作的注意事项等几个方面进行分析和研究。方案在技术可行的情况下、能有效降低加工成本和提高生产效率,在机械加工行业中具有一定的推广应用价值。Based on the analysis of ultra-precision grinding principle and process characteristics ,this paper proposes the ultra-precision grinding technology programs on ordinary grinder. The paper discusses ordinary ultra-precision grinding machines and grinding wheel truing and dressing which satisfied the uhra-precision grinding and researches selection of cutting and processing parameter,the points for attention during the procedure. The feasible technical Program can effectively reduce the processing costs and increase productivity, Which has the certain promotion application value in the machining industry.
