摘  要:[目的]快速筛选具有抗淹水胁迫能力的玉米品种。[方法]以16个玉米品种作为供试材料,采用淹水胁迫萌发试验评价不同品种玉米种子的发芽率、苗期不同部位生物量及其与品种耐淹性的关系。[结果]不同品种玉米的发芽势、发芽率在淹水胁迫条件下明显降低,并且玉米幼苗不同部位的生物量、根冠比明显下降,不同品种之间存在明显的基因型差异。对生物量、发芽率和根冠比胁迫系数进行相关性分析,发现只有发芽率胁迫系数与幼苗生物量胁迫系数呈正相关;同时,具有高发芽率与生物量胁迫系数的玉米品种在苗期表现出相对较强的耐淹生物学性状。[结论]依据淹水胁迫条件下的发芽率,可以对不同玉米品种苗期的耐淹水胁迫能力或淹水萌发后恢复生长的能力做出评价。[Objective] The aim was to select maize cultivars with higher water-logging tolerance effectively. [Method] The relationship among germination percentage,biomass of different parts and water-logging tolerance of 16 maize cultivars at seedling stage was investigated using germination experiment. [Result] Water-logging stress significantly reduced germination potential,germination percentage,biomass of different parts of maize seedling,and there was obvious difference among different genotypes. Furthermore,there was closely positive correlation between stress coefficient of germination percentage and total plant biomass,while no significant correlation existed between stress coefficient of germination percentage and the ratio of roots to shoot,neither did total plant biomass and the ratio of roots to shoot. [Conclusion] Water-logging tolerance and the ability of maize seedling to recover from stress injury might be assessed using germination percentage of maize cultivars under water-logging stress condition.
