摘　　要：通过分析九江地震震害特征及产生的原因,提高对建筑抗震设计重要性的认识,同时针对旧房改造和重建,结合新农村建设,从工程防灾角度论述了目前农村房屋进行抗震设防的必要性和紧迫性,为抗震设防提供一些参考和借鉴。Seismic characteristics and causes of Jiujiang earthquake damage were analyzed,which improved awareness of importance of anti-seismic construction design. Simultaneously for the rehabilitation and reconstruction of old buildings and combined with the new rural construction,the importance and urgency of rural housing for seismic fortification from an engineering point of view disaster were discussed,and provided the valuable references for the anti-seismic constructions.
