摘 要:目前,地下水资源的潜力评价主要建立在水资源评价基础之上,结合地下水资源开发利用现状和生态环境约束条件,采用分级、分类、分区及其他方法。由于各地区影响地下水潜力的因素较复杂,地下水资源潜力的评价与开发具有较大的区域差异性和阶段性。根据地下水资源分布和社会发展的差异,通常采用增开地下水资源、节水以及开发其他补充资源等措施来提高地下水资源潜力。Ground water resources potential is the multiplicable value that can be gained by using such measures as economical,technical and administrant ones,which is controlled and affected by natural value of ground water,regional environmental condition,manner or methods of utilization. Gradation,classification,plots method and others are adopted to assess ground water potential based on ground water resources evaluation,and combined with the actuality of ground water development and the restriction of entironment. The methods to estimate ground water resources potential possess more otherness in regions and phases than the ones in ground water resources evaluation because of complexity of factors affecting ground water potential in various areas. Presently,ground water resources potentiality is exploited by utilization of increasing groundwater development,saving on water and complementarity of ground water according to the differences of ground water distribution and social development.
