摘 要:[目的]筛选出几类蔬菜的前处理提取方法和原子荧光法仪器分析测试条件。[方法]采用氢化物-原子荧光光谱法(HG-AFS)测定蔬菜中汞的含量,通过一系列的试验,总结了样品前处理方法及最佳仪器参数。[结果]在优化试验条件中,汞的回收率在91%~101%,检出限为0.026ng/L。武汉城郊设施菜地中,8种蔬菜中汞含量测定均未超过国家标准。[结论]该方法用于蔬菜样品中汞的测定具有良好的可行性和适用性。[Objective] The purpose of the study was to screen out the pre-treatment method of vegetables and the best detection condition of instrument. [Method] A method for the determination of the mercury in vegetable by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrmetry,the pre-treatment method of sample and the best detection condition were found. [Result] Under the optimum conditions,the recoveries of mercury are ranged from 91%-101%,the detection limit of this method was 0.026 ng/L. [Conclusion] Eight vegetables in Wuhan suburb were analyzed,the results showed that the concentrations of mercury are all under the maximum allowable contents of National Standard(GB) and the study show that the method for the measures at the mercury in vegetable samples is practicable.
