摘　　要：在对大学生村官建设存在的问题分析的基础上,提出了建立大学生村官长效机制的建议,即应从健全保障机制、创新管理模式、持续帮扶、开展校市及校县合作等方面进一步健全该制度。Based on analyzing the existing problems in the construction of college student village official,some suggestions for establishing and perfecting the long-acting mechanism of college student village official were proposed,including perfecting the guarantee mechanism,innovating management mode,providing continuous support and developing the cooperation between universities and cities as well as universities and counties.
