摘 要:针对传统井身结构设计方法不适应复杂深探井设计的问题,根据河坝区块复杂深探井井身结构设计及钻井实践,提出了以确定必封点为基础向两边推导的井身结构设计方法,并给出了设计原则。该设计方法通过确定必封点个数和深度来决定技术套管的层次和下深;根据井眼与地层压力平衡条件,向两边推导综合分析,以确定表层套管和完井套管的尺寸和下深。经河坝区块深井井身设计验证,该设计方法收到了较好的应用效果,说明该设计方法合理,为国内外复杂深探井井身结构设计提供了良好的借鉴。In light of the problem that the traditional design method for casing program is not suitable for the design of complex deep prospecting wells,a design method of casing program which determines the setting position as the basis for bilateral deduction was formulated according to the condition of the complex deep prospecting well’s casing program in river dike blocks as well as real drilling.The principle for the design was recommended.The method selects the hierarchy and landing depth of technical casing by determining the number and depth of setting positions.According to the well hole and formation pressure balance conditions,a comprehensive analysis based on bilateral deduction can be done to determine the dimensions and landing depth of surface casing and completion casing.Verified by the river dike block deep wellbore design,the design scheme has achieved a desirable effect in application,indicating the method being reasonable.
