摘　　要：为方便四川普光气田高含H2S采气污水的运输,研制了JJY5250GXW型含硫污水罐车。该车罐体内一次性滚衬高密度聚乙烯为防腐层,能够耐受高含H2S污水的腐蚀。装车泵采用单级单吸式氟塑料合金化工离心泵,结构紧凑,运行平稳可靠。水罐装有射频导纳液位计,可设定高度报警,控制装车泵的关停,减轻了操作者的劳动强度。采用装车时置换出气体回流与卸车时自动补充氮气的方式,保证水罐始终在与外界密闭的状态下工作。现场试验表明,该车装、卸车操作简单,液位显示直观,密封性好,耐腐蚀性能好,能够满足高含H2S污水运输的需要。To facilitate the transportation of high H2S-content production sewage in Sichuan Province’s Puguang gasfield,Model JJY5250GXW sour water tanker was designed and developed.The disposable roller bush density polythylene inside the tanker is an anticorrosion coating which is able to resist the corrosion of high H2S-content sewage.The loading pump is a kind of single-stage single-suction chemical centrifugal pump of fluoroplastic alloy.It is structurally compact and steady in operation.The water tank is installed by a radio-frequency admittance liquidometer which can set height alarming,control the switching-off of the loading pump and reduce the labor intensity of the operator.Adoption of displacing the gas to backstream in uploading and automatic supplementation of nitrogen in downloading can ensure that the tank operates in a closed state.The field test shows that the uploading and downloading of the tanker is simple,the display of the liquidometer is straightforward,the sealing performance is desirable and the anticorrosion is strong,which can satisfy the requirement of the transportation of high H2S-content sewage.
