摘　　要：在三峡一期工程中，建设监理在指导思想、组织建设和协调各方关系等方面取得了显著的成效。二期工程应继续创造条件，提高监理人员素质，加强制度建设和重视技术管理，进一步深化现场监理工作。During the construction of the phase - Ⅰ work of the Three Gorges Project (TGP),the Engineer has made significant progress in their guiding ideology, organizational perfection and coordination between relationships. Favorable conditions should be created during the phase - Ⅱworks for improvement of supervisory staff's quality, strengthening of system formation and technical management, and further deepening of site supervision.
