摘　　要：通过创新设计在生产电容器的装配工序中增加了一条检测套管自动化生产线,专门用来剔除没有套上套管的电容器。设计采用了PLC(可编程序控制器)、传感器、变频器来实现自动控制,大大提高了生产线的生产效率和自动化程度,提高了经济效益,保证了产品的质量。This paper designs an automatic bushing detecting production line which is applied to the assembly of capacitor to pick out the capacitor without bushing. The design employs PLC, transducers and frequency converters to achieve automatic control, to improve the production efficiency and the automation level. It has greatly increased the economic benefit and guaranteed the product quality.
