摘  要:目的探讨听觉统合训练儿童孤独症语言障碍的临床疗效,为孤独症患儿语言障碍的康复提供临床依据。方法对81例孤独症患儿进行临床病例对照研究,随机分为实验组和对照组,两组在综合治疗的基础上,对实验组患儿进行听觉统合训练,比较训练前后两组患儿在语言障碍方面临床症状的改变情况。结果实验组在语言障碍(Z=2.754,P=0.006〈0.01)、词汇量少和代词混用(Z=2.759,P=0.006〈0.01)、缺乏主动语言(Z=2.534,P=0.011〈0.05)和不明指令(Z=2.263,P=0.023〈0.05)方面均有明显改善,并有统计学差异;而在不爱讲话(Z=1.372 P=0.170〉0.05)方面无明显改变。结论听觉统合训练可以改善孤独症患儿的语言障碍。Objective To observe therapeutic effect of auditory integrative training (AIT)for language hadicap of autistic children, so as to provide basis for rehabilitative treatment in clinic for them. Methods 81 autistic children were selected according to standard of DSM4 in a clinical case control study and were divided randomly into experimental group and control group. The children in the two groups received combined therapy and the children in the experimental group received additional AIT. The improvements in clinical symptoms of language disorders of the children in the two groups were compared before and after six months of treatment. Results Compared with 40 children in the control group, after the 6 months of AIT, 41 children in the experimental group achieved some significant improvements in many aspects of language disorders such as language handicaps(Z=2.754,P=0.006〈0.01), less amount of vocabulary and abuse of pronoun(Z=2.759,P=0.006〈0.01), lack of initiative language(Z=2.534,P=0.011〈0.05)and no comprehension of orders(Z=2.263,P=0.023〈0.05) and there were significant differences between the two groups except being unwilling to speak(Z=1.372 P=0.170〉0.05).Conclusion AIT could greatly improve language handicaps of autistic children.
