摘　　要：根据规范规定的裂缝计算方法和相应构造条件,对地下结构和地上结构在受弯条件下的钢筋用量控制条件及钢筋应力水平进行分析比较,在此基础上,得出不同环境类别下,高强钢筋的高强度的发挥情况,以及由此带来的对规范提倡推荐使用高强钢筋的思考。According to the rule of crack width calculation and measures in the Code for design of concrete structure （GB 50010-2002）. This paper analyses the amount ＆ stress level using steel bar between underground structure and overground structure, then it educes the stress level of high strength steel bar on the different surroundings and it also reflects the meaning commending using high strength steel barby the Code.
