摘 要:在当今日益繁忙的网络中,无论是骨干网还是接入网,用户时常都面临带宽不足的窘境。在这样的情况下,对网络运营者而言,如何在用户感知质量和网络带宽投入之间权衡,进而取得较好的网络效益是至关重要的。因此,有必要为他们提供有效的带宽管理方法。本文提出了一种双向可调节多业务令牌桶工作机制,在这个基于FPGA的硬件方案中,各种业务最小带宽得到保障的情况下,网络带宽可以得到尽可能多的利用。经测试表明该方案是有效的。In the increasingly busy networks, either backbone or access, network managers often encounter an annoying problem that bandwidth is always insufficient. For network managers, balancing between quality perceived by users and the cost of service is important in response to overloaded traffic, so it is necessary to offer them an effective method to manage limited bandwidth. A bi- direction adjustable multi-service token bucket mechanism is presented to achieve this purpose. In this FPGA hardware solution, multi-class traffics are serviced as much as possible while their minimum bandwidths are guaranteed. Tests and Results have proved that this solution is effective.
