广东地区副猪嗜血杆菌的分离鉴定

摘　　要：采用细菌分离的方法,结合PCR检测,生化鉴定,对广东地区2007年9月-2008年9月37个患病猪场送检的372份病料进行副猪嗜血杆菌分离鉴定,通过数据统计分析,显示副猪嗜血杆菌分离率达24.00%,副猪嗜血杆菌感染猪场阳性率达40.54%,表明副猪嗜血杆菌病在广东地区已普遍流行。From September of 2007 to September of 2008,372 samples from 37 farms collected from Guangdong area for the detection and isolation Haemophilus parasuis by PCR and biochemical trait.The results indicated that the isolation and the incidence rate of Haemophilus parasuis disease was as high as 24.00% and 40.54%,respectively,which suggested that H.pasasuis infection widely occurred in Guangdong.
