摘 要:以酚醛、尿素、三聚氰胺和甲醛为原料,采用缩聚的方法制备了热固性PMUF树脂胶黏剂。考察了原料配比和初始黏度对PMUF树脂贮存稳定性的影响,以及贮存时间对PMUF树脂性能的影响,并采用FT-IR对其进行了表征。结果表明在一定范围内,减少尿素和甲醛的用量,增加苯酚和NaOH的用量,降低初始黏度可以提高PMUF树脂胶黏剂的贮存稳定性。随着贮存时间的增加,PMUF树脂胶黏剂的游离甲醛含量增加,游离苯酚含量减少,黏度变化速率上升,用其压制的胶合板甲醛释放量略有下降。Thermosetting PMUF resin adhesive was prepared by poly condensation process with phenol, urea, melamine and formaldehyde being raw material. The effects of proportion of different materials and initial viscosity on the storage stability of PMUF resin, and storage time on the properties of PMUF were studied. The PMUF resin prepared was characterized by VF-IR. The results indicate that the storage stability of PMUF resin becomes better when reducing urea and formaldehyde content, increasing phenol and Na0H content, and reducing initial viscosity. With the increase of storage time,free formaldehyde content of PMUF resin increases, free phenol content decrea- ses, viscosity variation rate increases, but the formaldehyde emission of plywood decreases.
