摘 要:实验以柠檬酸、正辛醇为原料,以活性炭负载硫酸锆为催化剂,合成了柠檬酸三辛酯。探讨了反应温度、反应时间、原料的物质的量比、催化剂用量等对实验结果的影响,并对催化剂进行了重复利用研究。最佳工艺条件为:反应温度180℃,反应时间3 h,酸醇物质的量比1:4.5,催化剂用量为柠檬酸质量的3%,酯化率可达98.1%。Trioctyl citrate was synthesized with citric acid and n octyl alcohol as raw materials and using zirconium sulfate supported by activated carbon as catalyst. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, the ratio of reactants, and quantity of the catalyst on the reaction were investigated and the reuse of catalyst was studied. The optimum reaction conditions were found as follows: reaction temperature 180 ℃, reaction time 3 h, the molar ratio of citric acid to n-octyl alcohol of 1 : 4.5, about 3 ~ catalyst based on the quality of citric acid. The yield of the esterification could reach 98.1 %.
