摘　　要：介绍肝癌微波热疗手术规划系统的设计思路以及系统的具体实现.通过对301医院提供的2例肝癌病人CT图像进行处理,利用该系统获得了最佳的微波热疗参数,制定了合理的手术计划.实验结果表明,该系统能完成肝癌微波热疗手术规划,经进一步完善,可望应用到临床,为临床医生进行热疗手术提供依据.The design and implemention methods of the computer-aided system for liver hyperthermia treatment planning were introduced. By the system, the optimal hyperthermia treatment parameters could be achieved based on CT data of liver cancer from 301 hospital, and reasonable treatment planning could be worked out. The experiment results indicate that the system can be applied for liver hyperthermia treatment planning, and is expected to guide the process of clinical operation by improved options in the future.
