摘  要:以农大108的152个F8重组自交系为基础材料,通过2点田间试验,在施氮(N+)和不施氮(N-)条件下,对玉米穗长、穗粗等8个穗部性状进行了分析.结果表明,施氮条件下,穗部各性状均明显优于不施氮,差异达极显著水平,F8重组自交系之间穗部各性状也存在显著或极显著差异,但不同性状对氮反应不同,互作效应明显;不同家系穗部性状变异呈正态分布,其中穗粒重在2种氮水平下均表现出超亲分离,各穗部性状变异范围存在较大差异,其中穗重和穗粒重的变异系数较大,而穗粗和轴粗的较小.相关分析表明,当土壤基础氮含量较高时,在施氮与不施氮情况下,穗部各性状之间大多呈正相关关系.Field trial had been made according to split block design using a population with 152 Fs recombinant inbred line (RIL) derived from Nongda 108 under nitrogen (N + )and no-nitrogen (N - ) conditions in two locations in Xunxian and Zhengzhou, and eight ear traits,including ear length, ear diameter etc. ,were analyzed. The results showed that the performance of ear traits under nitrogen con- dition was much better than that of non-nitrogen condition, and the differences reached significant levels. There were significant or highly significant differences on ear traits among Fs RILs while the response to nitrogen varied with traits, and the N level x Lines interactions were significant difference. The segregation of ear traits of lines showed normal distributions, and over parents segregation appeared on grain yield per ear under N + and N - conditions. The variance ranges were significant differences with traits,of which, the coefficiency of variation on ear weight and grain yield per ear was larger, while the ear diameter and axis diameter smaller. Correlation analysis showed that most of the relationships among the ear traits were positive under N + and N - conditions when the soil contains higher nitrogen.
