犬心右心室主要结构解剖学观测

摘　　要：目的观测犬心右心室的主要结构,为家犬心脏研究及比较解剖学积累资料。方法1.44 mol·L^(-1)甲醛溶液固定45例犬心,解剖观测其右心室主要结构。结果犬心右心室流人道主要结构有三尖瓣瓣环、瓣尖、腱索和乳头肌。三尖瓣瓣环周径为(71.03±14.20)mm;前尖、后尖、隔侧尖的高度分别为(10.46±2.30)、(9.48±2.81)和(11.87±4.06)mm,宽度分别为(21.98±6.12)、(23.33±6.91)和(22.82±4.33)mm;腱索较细小;前、后、膈侧群乳头肌中乳头肌条数分别为(1.24±0.53)、(3.33±1.00)和(5.07±1.28)条。右心室流出道主要结构有肺动脉环、肺动脉瓣等。肺动脉瓣环周径为(35.97±8.17)mm;肺动脉的前瓣、左瓣、右瓣的高度分别为(6.14±2.07)、(6.72±1.60)和(6.69±1.61)mm,宽度分别为(11.91±2.70)、(10.19±2.26)和(10.46±2.15)mm。犬心右心室假腱索出现率为100%,平均为(4.61±2.78)条;未见明显隔缘肉柱。结论犬心右心室主要结构与人类相似但较小,在假腱索的出现率及数目上有一定差异。Objective To observe and measure the main morphological structures of the right ventricle in dog heart,in order to accumulate data for the study of the dog heart and comparative zootomy.Methods Forty-five hearts of dogs were fixed with 1.44 mol·L^（-1） formaldehyde,the main structures of right ventricle were observed.Results The main structures of the gateway of the right ventricle in dog heart were composed of the tricuspid valve ring and valves,chorde tendineaes and papillary muscles.The circumference of tricuspid valve ring was（71.03±14.20） mm.The height of anterior cusp,posterior cusp and septal cusp were（10.46±2.30）,（9.48±2.81） and（11.87±4.06） mm,respectively,the breadths were（21.98±6.12）,（23.33±6.91） and（22.82±4.33） mm,respectively.The chorde tendineaes were thin relatively.The number of papillary muscles in anterior,posterior and septal groups was（1.24±0.53）,（3.33±1.00 ）and（5.07±1.28）,respectively.The main structures of the outlet in dog heart were composed of pulmonic ring and pulmonary valve and other structures.The circumference of pulmonic ring was（35.97±8.17）mm,the height of anterior,left and right pulmonary valves were（6.14±2.07）,（6.72±1.60） and （6.69±1.61）mm,respectively,the breadths were（11.91±2.70）,（10.19±2.26） and（10.46±2.15）mm,respectively.The frequency of false tendons was 100%,and the average number of them were（4.61±2.78）.The septomarginal trabecula was not found in the right ventricle.Conclusion The main anatomical structures of the right ventricle in dog heart are similar to those of human,however the size is smaller relatively.The frequency and number of false tendons are different from a certain degree.
