摘 要:目的:首次采用以药效为导示的差示血清色谱法探索红花在正常大鼠体内的药效物质基础。方法:采用高效液相色谱特征图谱的分析方法,比较红花提取物及正常大鼠灌胃给予红花提取物后最大药效时间、相对较小药效时间的含药血清色谱图,探索红花在正常大鼠体内的药效物质基础。结果:正常大鼠灌胃给药后血清中产生药源性成分7个,其中4个成分为红花原形成分,其余3个为新产生的代谢产物。结论:红花在体内直接作用物质很可能来自血清中的7个药源性成分,对其进行深入研究,将有助于阐明红花的药效物质基础及作用机制。OBJECHVE To investigate the effective constituents of safflower in normal rats by differential efficacy of serum chromatography. METHODS By the HPLC fingerprint, the comparison was carried out among the peaks of blank serum, serum containing drug of maximum efficacy time and minimum efficacy time and safflower extract to determine the chemical com- ponential foundation to efficacy of safflower in rats. RESULTS 7 compounds were detected after oral administration of safflow- er extract, 4 of which are the original compounds and 3 are metabolites. CONCLUSION The 7 compounds are capable of being the effective constituents, and its differential efficacy of serum chromatography should be subject to thorough investigation so as to illuminate the pharmacology and active mechanism of safflower in vivo.
