摘  要:目的:研究柳茶对D-半乳糖胺(D-GalN)肝损伤的保护作用及机制。方法:采用大鼠D-GalN急性肝损伤模型进行实验,检测大鼠血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总蛋白、总胆红素、NO及肝甘油三酯、肝糖原、肝丙二醛含量。结果:柳茶(灌胃14~28g(生药).kg-1)能显著降低D-GalN肝损伤大鼠血清ALT、AST活性、总胆红素、NO含量及肝甘油三酯、肝丙二醛含量,提高血清总蛋白、肝糖原含量。结论:柳茶对D-GalN引起的大鼠急性肝损伤具有明显的保护作用,其机制可能与抑制自由基的产生、防止过度的脂质过氧化有关。OBJECTIVE To study the protective action of Liu Tea on Dgalamosamine(D-GalN) induced acute liver injury in rats and its mechanism of action. METHODS The injured liver model induced by intraperitoneal injection of D-GaIN was made in rats. The serum alanine aminot ransfcrase(ALT), aspartate aminot ransferase (AST), total protein(TP), total bilirubin(TB), nitric oxide(NO), and liver triglycerides(TG) ,glucogen(G1) malondiadehyde(MDA)were measured. RESULIS Liu lea (ig, 14. 0 - 28. 0 g,kg^-1 ) inhibited the rise serum ALT, AST,TF;, NO level and hepatic TG, MDA contents,and increased the contents of hepatic G1 and serum TP in 175 GaIN intoxicated rats. CONCLUSION Liu Tea has protective action on D-GalN induced acute liver injury in rats. The mechanism of action of Liu Tca is related fo the inhibition of free radicals production and lipid peroxidation.
