摘  要:粘结剂是锂离子电池的重要组成部分,其性能的优劣直接影响电池的性能。水基粘结剂是近年来化学电源界关注的一个热点,将水基粘结剂引入到锂离子电池的极片涂布工艺中,可以使锂离子电池的生产过程绿色化,并降低生产成本。综述了水基粘结剂在锂离子电池电极制备中的应用,指出水基粘结剂制备的锂离子电池正负极片具有良好的电化学性能和广阔的应用前景,可以代替有机溶剂型粘结剂聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)使用。Binder is an important part of Li-ion batteries,which can directly impact the performance of battery.Water-based binder has drawn attention in recent years because the introduction of water-based binder to the film coating process of lithium-ion battery can make the production process environmental friendly and reduce production costs.The application of water-based binder in the preparation of electrode of lithium-ion battery was introduced in this paper.It was pointed out that the electrodes prepared in aqueous solvent had a good electrochemical performance and a broad application prospects,and it could replace the organic solvent-based binder polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF).
