Determination of Trace Phenolic Compounds in Water by Salting-out Phase-separation Microextraction/Liquid Chromatography

摘  要:采用盐析分相微萃取样品处理方法富集水中α-萘酚、β-萘酚和双酚A,并用反相高效液相色谱法进行测定。色谱条件:Diamonsil C18(5μm,150 mm×4.6 mm)柱,柱温为室温,流动相为V(甲醇)∶V(水)=57∶43,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为230 nm。最佳萃取条件:18 mL水样,250μL正丁醇作萃取剂,调pH=4,加入14 g(NH4)2SO4。α-萘酚、β-萘酚和双酚A分别在(0.061 5~12.30)、(0.033 5~6.700)、(0.267 5~53.50)mg/L范围内线性良好,加标回收率为70.01%~81.81%,方法检出限为0.3~2.0μg/L。A salting-out phase-separation microextractio/liquid chromatography method was used for the simultaneous determination of three phenols in water, including α-naphthol, β-naphthol and bisphenol A. The chromatographic conditions are as iollows: Diamonsil C18 column (5 μm, 150×4.6 mm i. d. ) is used; the column temperature is room temperature; the mobil phase is methanol/water(57 : 43) ; the flow rate is 1.0 mL/min ; the wavelength of UV detector is 230 nm. The optimal extraction conditions are as follows : The sample is 18 mL water; the extraction solvent is 250 μL n-butyl alcohol ; the pH is 4 ; the added quantity of ammonium sulfate is 14 g. The α-naphthol, β-naphthol and bisphenol A have good linear correlation in a range of 0. 061 5 to 12.30 rag/L, 0. 033 5 to 6. 700 mg/L and 0. 267 5 to 53.50 mg/L. The average recovery is 70.01% to 81.81%. The detection limits of the three phenols are 0.3 to 2.0 μg/L.
