摘 要:互联电网的风电接入能力是现代电力系统运行和规划的重要问题之一。提出一种基于非线性优化的风电接入能力计算方法。建立了电网风电接入能力问题的优化模型,利用非线性原–对偶路径跟踪内点算法进行求解。给出了具体的计算步骤,并且以IEEE30节点系统为例进行仿真,验证了所提方法的有效性。该方法可以综合考虑系统的运行约束和运行方式,较为准确地找出影响风电接入能力的关键约束。非线性内点算法具有较好的收敛特性,运用该算法可以得到较为准确和符合系统实际运行情况的风电接入功率极限,具有工程应用价值。Wind power accommodating capability of a power system has become one of the important issues in modem power system operation and planning. A non-linear optimization based calculation method for wind power penetration limit was proposed. The optimization model for wind power penetration limit problem was set up. Non-linear primal-dual path tracking interior point algorithm was employed to solve this optimal problem. Calculation steps were given and its validity was verified by the simulation on IEEE 30 nodes system. By synthetically considering system operation and constraints, the key elements that mainly affect wind power penetration capability can be found out more accurately. Nonlinear interior point algorithm has a good convergence property. This method can get more accurate and practical wind power penetration limit and is feasible.
