摘　　要：介绍了2种用于蒸压成型机上压制泡沫模样的汽车翻转支架小型铸件消失模模具的结构优化设计特点。对消失模模具设计中的泡沫模样分模方案、模块分模结构、及其镶块与活块的优化设计和方案优选作了较详细的评述。The structure characters of mould on the steam pressure shaping machine for 2 kinds of lost foam casting automobile retroflexion supports were presented. The optimum design for foam pattern split, module split pattern structure, mosaic block and loose piece in the mould were elaborated.
