摘  要:在两相UASB反应器动力学启动成功的条件下,对选用钼酸盐作为产甲烷菌抑制剂进行分相的可行性和效率进行了实验研究。实验的前3d在酸化反应器进水中投加2.0mmol/L的钼酸钠溶液,出水直接排放。3d后停止投加钼酸钠溶液,出水依然直接排放。6d后酸化反应器出水开始进入甲烷化反应器。实验表明,投加钼酸盐后产酸相的酸化率从50%提高到60%,产甲烷相出水水质也进一步提高,从而实现了两相厌氧反应器的相分离。同时投加钼酸盐对产甲烷相负面影响很小,获得了很好的分相和污染物去除效果。钼酸盐作为两相厌氧反应器的分相抑制剂可行。Based on the successful start-up of two-phase UASB (upflow anaerobic sludge blanket) reactor, molybdate has been used as methanogen inhibitor for doing the next research on phase separation. Its feasibility and efficiency have been studied. In the first three days of this experiment, 2.0 mmol/L of sodium molybdate solution is added to the influent water Three days later the adding of acidogenic reactor. The effluent water of acidogenic reactor is discharged directly. solution of sodium molybdate to influent water of acidogenic reactor is stopped, and the effluent water is still discharged directly. Six days later, the effluent water of acidogenic reactor starts to enter the methanogenic reactor. The experiments show that adding molybdate to acidogenic phase can make the acidification rate of acidogenic phase increase from about 50% to about 60% steadily. The effluent water quality of methanogen can be further improved. Thus, the phase separation of two-phase anaerobic reactor is realized. It has very little negative influence on methanogen phase, and has very good phase separation and pollutant removal efficiency. Therefore, it is feasible to apply molybdate as phase separation inhibitor to the two-phase anaerobic reaction.
