摘  要:采用SBBR反应器进行高盐榨菜废水生物化学协同除磷研究,考察了硫酸铝投加量对反应器除磷效能和微生物活性的影响。试验结果表明:在温度为30℃,挂膜密度为30%,DO质量浓度为5mg/L,pH=7,COD有机负荷为1.0kg/(m3·d),氮负荷为0.15kg/(m3·d),运行周期为进水0.25h—曝气11h—沉淀0.5h—排水0.25h的条件下,当n(Al3+)∶n(P)>3∶1时,出水PO43——P质量浓度为0.22mg/L,去除率为98.16%,硫酸铝的投加对反应器中微生物的活性及效能无显著的影响,但使系统的污泥产率增大。SBBR has been used for the study on synergistic phosphorus removal by bio-chemical processes in treat- ing tuber mustard wastewater with high salinity. The effect of the dosage of aluminum sulfate on the efficiency of phosphorus removal and activity of microorganism is investigated. The results show that under the conditions as follows: temperature is 30℃, biofilm density 30%, DO 5 rag/L, pH=7, COD loading 1.0 kg/(m3·d), nitrogen loading 0.15 kg/(m3·d), and running cycle as influent 0.25 h-aeration 11 h-sediment 0.5 h-effluent 0.25 h, and when n(Al3+):n(P) is more than 3:1, and effluent pO43--P is 0.22 mg/L, the removal rate achieves 98.16%. The dosing of aluminum sulfate does not have apparent influence on the activity of microorganism in the reactor and its efficiency, but increases the sludge yield of the system.
