摘 要:采用MSC.Marc有限元软件对镁合金激光-MIG复合焊的温度场进行数值模拟计算,并与实验结果对比,研究表明:数值计算获得的焊缝截面形状和尺寸与实验结果相比,一致性达到94%以上;母材上3点的计算温度与实测值偏差在8%以内;由于上表面温度向下表面传导,使下表面焊缝从凝固温度冷却到300℃比上表面焊缝所需时间长约50%。The temperature field of magnesium alloy laser-MIG hybrid welding was simulated by the MSC.Marc software,and the calculated result was compared with that of experimental tests.The results show that the calculated values are in good agreement with experimental measurements in the shape and size of welding joint.The deviation of comparison between computed temperature values and measured temperature values in the three points of the base is all controlled within 8%.The cooling time from solid temperature to 300 ℃ of the weld in bottom surface will be longer than that in upper surface.
