骨增痹症胶囊联合透明质酸钠治疗重度膝关节骨关节炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察我院自制骨增痹症胶囊联合透明质酸钠治疗重度膝关节骨性关节炎治疗效果和安全性。方法:241例重度膝关节骨性关节炎随机分为3组,A组:骨增痹症胶囊+透明质酸钠组82例,口服骨增痹症胶囊1.35g/每次,每天三次,透明质酸钠2ml/每次,每周一次关节腔内注射;B组:透明质酸钠组80例,透明质酸钠2ml/每次,每周一次关节腔内注射;C组:骨增痹症胶囊组79例,口服骨增痹症胶囊1.35g/每次,每天三次,3组疗程均为5周,对所有病例随访6～12个月。结果:A组总有效率96.3%,B组68.8%,C组65.8%,A组与B组、C组疗效比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),B组与C组疗效比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:3种方案对膝关节重度骨性关节炎均有效,骨增痹症胶囊与透明。Objective： To observe thee therapeutic effect and safety of Guzengbizheng capsule with Sodium Hyalurate Injection on Grave Osteoarrhritis of Knee. Methods：241 patients with Grave Osteoarthritis of Knee were randomly divided into three groups who were enrolled from Oct.2005 to Aug,2009 in our hospital.The 82 patients（A group）received Guzengbizheng capule 1.35g each time,3 times a day combined with Sodium Hyalurate Injection 2mleach time,joint cavity injection once week.The other 80 patients（B group） received Sodium Hyalurate Injection 2mleach time, .joint cavity injection once week,Another 79 patients（C group） received Guzengbizheng capule 1.35g each thne,3 tinges a day, with a treatment course of 5 weeks for the three groups.Follow up time was 6-12 muonths.Results：Thc effective rates of Agroup and B group and C group were respectively 96.3% trod 68.8% and 65.8%,there wes difference between the A group and the B group or the C group（P〈0.05）, but there was no diffcrence between the B group and the C groap（P〉0.05）.Conelusion：The thhrec ways have efficacy and high sectority in treating Grave Osteoarthritis of Knee,and there is synergistic action in Guzengbizheng capsule and Sodium Hyalurate injection.
