摘　　要：本文阐述了《珠江三角洲地区改革发展规划纲要(2008-2020年)》的公布实施对中国银行广东省分行实施卓越银行战略的重大意义,提出了深入贯彻《纲要》、打造广东省卓越银行的基本思路和八项对策措施,以期努力争当实践科学发展观和贯彻落实《纲要》精神的排头兵,为广东经济社会全面发展做出新的贡献。This paper makes a detailed analysis of the influence on the outstanding bank strategy of Guangdong Branch, Bank of China Co., Ltd. after the issuance of Outline of the Reform and Development Plan of the Pearl River Delta （2008-2020） （hereinafter referred to as the Outline）, and then brings forward basic ideas and some countermeasures in order to carry out the Outline in Guangdong province, so as to implement Scientific Outlook on Development.
